For customers who want a solid, mid-priced banjo made with our most popular specifications and no build time, this is your axe. Constructed with an 11″ 3-ply cherry or stained hard maple rim, matching three-piece neck and dowel, 25.5″ scale length and 1 5/16″ nut width, rolled brass tone ring, L-style heel, frailing scoop, 18 bracket hooks, Gotoh tuners, side dot position markers, and two-way adjustable truss rod. Fretboard and peghead overlay material is Richlite, ebony or rosewood.
We are now offering the “Ecusta Edition” Jubilo which is constructed with Richlite fretboard and peghead overlay, and a black phenolic resin rim. This material is similar to Richlite and was sourced from the decommissioned Ecusta paper mill in Brevard, NC before it was demolished in 2008. We have a limited supply of tubes which have been upcycled to make fine sounding banjo rims. The Ecusta Edition is available with both hookless and traditional hardware options.
