RETURN POLICY

Buyers must contact Meadowood Music and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before making any return.

If a box arrives damaged,

Buyers must immediately report damage to shipping boxes to the shipper (UPS) before opening the boxes.

Buyers must immediately report damage to Meadowood if, once they open boxes, the items in the box are damaged.

When buyers properly report damage that occurs during shipment and return damaged items to Meadowood,

Meadowood will file a claim with the shipping company.

Meadowood will refund buyers or ship replacements for damaged items.

Buyers may return items with an RMA up to one week after the date that the items shipped from Meadowood or its supplier.

​Buyers may return items damaged in shipping if/when the damage is properly reported.

Buyers may return products that do not fill their needs.

Returns must be in as-sold condition unless the item was damaged in shipping.

Brand-new items must be in brand-new condition.

Used/vintage items must be in the same condition in which they were when shipped.

All new items shipped in manufacturer's packaging must be returned with all packaging intact.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including appropriate insurance unless the item was damaged in shipping.

Buyers are responsible to properly package items for return shipment.

All returns will incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the original purchase value unless the item was damaged in shipping.

When Meadowood receives properly authorized, packaged, and shipped returned merchandise,

Meadowood will ship a replacement item or refund the original purchase value of the item.

Meadowood will charge a 15% restocking fee as a deduction from the refund or as an additional fee.

Meadowood will make a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

Meadowood is not responsible for refunds for or replacement of items returned without an RMA, or if the items are damaged in the return because the buyer inappropriately packaged/shiped the items.
