Long-time customer & friend, Katyah Gohr passed from this life in June. Beloved member of the Davis/Earnest family & Chaplain at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Katyah also had a profound musical instrument addiction. Meadowood is assisting her family to find new homes for her guitars, basses, mandolins, banjos...

We will host an open house at Meadowood from 2:00 to 6:00 pm on Sun, Nov 9 to give others with the same addiction (that would be you) the opportunity to adopt one (or more) of Katyah's instruments. Here is a list of the instruments that we have at Meadowood. You are welcome to come see them before the 9th (some have already sold). Weber "Alabama" Mandola 2 of 2
Made when Bruce Weber still owned the company. Bruce accepted a commission to build a mandala for Jeff Cook, one of the founding members of the band Alabama who, in addition to playing music, loved bass fishing... the reason there's a big old fish on the back of the mandolin. Bruce liked the custom instrument so much, he built a second - this is that instrument. It is one of two that exist.
